Job Description Summary Assist the IT function to ensure that the development, implementation, and integration of new, existing, and emerging technologies meet business needs and requirements. What you will do Manage system performance upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS) client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling. Provide technical upgrades, functional and technical enhancements. Work with various SAP products like ECC, S4, SCM, CRM, PO, BOBJ, EWM, Solution Manager. Install, upgrade, and maintain SAP and SAP‑related software products. Comfortably work with SAP ABAP and SAP Java‑based NetWeaver systems. Administer Linux and Windows environments. Analyse integration/middleware requirements. Monitor interfaces and tune performance. Daily monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems. Occasional on‑call responsibilities. Participate in the implementation, development, and integration of new technologies within the organizational structure. Track and record technology development needs; provide input or recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the organization’s technology products. Collect and analyze information on technology products and development tools for systems and applications, network, and data software and hardware. Participate in testing and evaluating technologies during the selection process. Skills Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of best practices and the ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing, and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business‑related activities. Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of established SOPs; ability to design, implement, and evaluate SOPs affecting daily and strategic business operations to increase operational efficiency. IT Environment: Knowledge of an organization’s IT purposes and activities; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations. IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of IT standards and policies; ability to utilize administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures. Basic requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (completed or in progress) Pre‑Advanced English proficiency Top candidates will also have Experience working with SAP (ECC, S4, SCM, CRM, PO, BOBJ, EWM) SAP CPI Development & Support SnapLogic Development & Support Integration/Middleware Requirement Analysis Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
