We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams worldwide and are looking for SDR Team Managers to lead inbound and outbound teams. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, driving high-quality outbound and inbound sales development. Develop a multi‑million dollar pipeline and manage lead qualification to deliver results for the sales organization. Implement and refine sales processes, coaching, and best practices to build a strong culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Use data analytics to track team performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on go‑to‑market strategy.
