Descrição: Esta é uma posição de SAP Customer Engagement Manager, que é uma função elevada no caminho de progressão de carreira para consultores SAP Basis que desejam se tornar SDM/Account Manager/Service Manager em sua trajetória profissional. O papel principal/responsabilidade para esta função é entender os requisitos do cliente sobre seu SAP Landscape e facilitar soluções e serviços técnicos em alinhamento com a equipe de suporte SAP backend (TechOps) na SAP RISE Platform.
dCEM é o principal ponto de contato para clientes RISE e se envolverá com os clientes de forma regular para fornecer orientação sobre o funcionamento de seu SAP Landscape ou qualquer manutenção (planejada/não planejada). Os membros da equipe DCEM trabalham em estreita colaboração com as equipes SAP IAE, CAA, TSM e CDM para garantir que o cliente tenha toda a orientação e informações necessárias para o funcionamento e planejamento de seu SAP Landscape.
HabilidadesEsta função exige participar de reuniões, responder a consultas técnicas da equipe do cliente e apresentar avaliações. Como se trata de um papel de Engagement Manager, não há expectativa de que o recurso realize quaisquer trabalhos práticos.
