Support vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery, ensuring seamless integration. Ensure compliance with established change management and security protocols, upholding industry standards. Organize and lead effective team standups, working sessions, and stakeholder updates, promoting collaboration and open dialogue.
