Title and Summary Director, Services - Product and Pricing Strategy The Role This new role will be part of the Network Services team in LAC responsible for value-based pricing and go-to-market strategy to distribute relevant Services solutions to customers in the Region at scale. The Director, Services Pricing Strategy, will partner with a range of different global and regional product areas across Services to develop pricing & GTM strategies, model outcomes and connect the dots across the value chain. The role will require the individual to apply analytical rigor (both qualitative and quantitative), problem solving skills and understanding of customer value to develop creative solutions, determining the appropriate pricing for network (e.g. Bulletins) and non-network distribution which ultimately drive top-line revenue growth. In this role, you will: Partner with key stakeholders to develop pricing and GTM strategies across a range of product areas Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on key pricing frameworks and initiatives that inform decision making Understand business and market dynamics, Mastercard’s product and services, and markets’ needs to identify opportunities and recommend development of new Services solutions to be distributed through “one to many” sales mechanisms Develop subject matter expertise in product verticals and pricing constructs, and provide advice and guidance on commercialization and implementation approaches Support evaluation and implementation of enhancements to Services GTM strategy to better align with the organization’s evolving business model Partner with Services pricing lead to produce key presentation materials and support on regional alignment, pricing council, governance, and economic initiatives Work collaboratively across other teams, including Sales, product and strategy to support execution and drive value Communicate key findings and constructs to senior audiences All About You The ideal candidate is fast-paced and highly analytical, someone who demonstrates business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing, and profitable business Natural problem solver, analytical, proactive, curious to learn, and eager to crack complex topics. Ability to make the complex simple. Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships and influence senior leadership across a global, decentralized organization. Exceptional in facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity. Organizational skills and project management: ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadlines BA/BSC, (MBA a plus), with previous experience in at least one of the following areas: strategy, consulting, M&A/finance, economics, and pricing (pricing experience preferred) Fluent English A background in STEM is a plus A background in SSO is a plus Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
