Cloud Infrastructure Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Expert to maintain operational excellence in our cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with external partners to ensure services meet principles of continuous improvement Take a hands-on approach supporting application environments and research infrastructure, ensuring timely and effective response to user needs Optimize cloud resource utilization by focusing on cloud-native automation Analyze metric-based monthly reports on capacity, cost, and performance Develop an incident management framework within the organization Ensure production releases meet defined quality standards Contribute to system architecture and design sessions, adhering to SRE best practices Required Skills: Experience with public cloud technology Azure and related platform toolsets is essential Expertise in New Relic/Graylog/Nagios IAC (Infrastructure as Code) Docker/Kubernetes experience Powershell expertise Proficiency in 24/7 monitoring of distributed systems Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux OS, cloud storage, and cloud networking Excellent communication skills Good progression for individuals with strong System Administration background looking to advance their skills Familiarity with CI/CD deployment strategies
