As we prepare to launch our app in Brazil, we are building a team of exceptional people ready to shape culture, communication and engagement at scale. About the Role The Head of Courier Culture and Communication will lead the full communication and community strategy for riders in Brazil. This role blends digital marketing, social media, storytelling and community building with the mission of making riders feel valued, connected and proud to be part of Keeta. What You’ll Do: • Lead the communication and content strategy for riders across digital channels • Transform social media into a true relationship and community hub • Build narratives, campaigns and storytelling that strengthen identity and pride • Plan and execute events, activations and community initiatives • Develop partnerships with influencers, creators and key community voices What We’re Looking For: • Experience in Digital Marketing, Content, Social Media or Community Management • Strong storytelling, communication and creative direction skills • Experience leading social channels, agencies and influencer collaborations • Hands-on, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects • Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and advanced English preferred What You’ll Find Here • A multicultural and dynamic environment with international exposure • Freedom to build, create and innovate with large-scale impact • Collaboration with global teams and leadership • Opportunity to shape the cultural foundation of Keeta’s rider community How to Apply If this sounds like you, apply here on LinkedIn and include your English resume.
