About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven, and conversion-obsessed Creative Strategist to lead the development of winning video ads for our e-commerce brands. This is NOT a role for a traditional creative. This is for someone who understands Direct Response marketing, consumer psychology, and copywriting—someone who creates ad creatives that actually convert. What You'll Own & Execute Ad Strategy & Concept Development - You will craft irresistible angles and hooks based on avatar research, pain points, and proven persuasion tactics. Copywriting - You will write high-converting scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs), UGC ads, and short-form content that drives action. Creative Briefs & Storyboards - You will build detailed creative briefs with clear storyboards, angles, and footages, so our editors can focus on execution rather than hunting for assets. Avatar & Market Research - You will deep dive into our audience, their emotions, and problems to create messaging that resonates. Performance Optimization - You will analyze ad performance and iterate quickly to refine messaging and creative direction. Ideal Candidate DRIVEN BY PERFORMANCE – You don't just create "nice" videos. You create ads that drive millions in revenue. A DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETER AT HEART – You understand consumer psychology, persuasion, and why people buy. A COPYWRITING WEAPON – You can write compelling scripts that turn cold audiences into hot buyers. A MASTER OF SIMPLICITY – You give crystal-clear direction to editors, removing unnecessary complexity. AN EXTREME OWNERSHIP MINDSET – You take full accountability for creative performance. If something doesn't convert, you FIX it. Requirements Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, DR Copywriter, or Performance Marketer in e-commerce, DTC, or affiliate marketing. Deep knowledge of Direct Response principles (Schwartz, Ogilvy, Sugarman, or Brunson-type thinking). Experience in crafting creative briefs, ad scripts, and storyboards for video editors.
