**Job Title:** Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer

**Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our clients.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing and motion graphics, with excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of storytelling, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing TV episodes before they are released
• Producing high-quality short and long-form video content using Adobe Suite
• Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packages
• Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward your own ideas for engaging and innovative content
• Self-evaluating and reviewing your own work before presenting it to your line manager
• Developing your skills by learning from other team members and through independent research

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent eye for detail
• Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytelling
• Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities
• High work-ethic and self-motivation

**Recruitment Process:**

Firstly, we will invite you to a first interview, where you will meet James, our Video Editor and Motion Graphics Manager, and Emily, our Lead Production Manager, in a 60-minute interview via MS Teams. This is a mix of technical and culture-fit questions, as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

If the technical interview goes well, we will invite you to a final interview with Nina, our Head of Content Production – it's a mix of technical and culture-fit questions.
