We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Global HR Recruiter Lead to spearhead our international recruitment efforts and oversee key Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills in both talent acquisition and core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for remote global roles, from sourcing to offer stage. Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies aligned with business needs. Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration initiatives to ensure a seamless new hire experience. Manage internal communications related to HR, hiring, and employee engagement. Coordinate employee exit processes, offboarding, and feedback collection. Monitor and support payroll operations in collaboration with external providers (e.g., Remote). Draft and manage employment contracts in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Support internal training programs, team‑building activities, and culture initiatives. Track recruitment KPIs and HR metrics to drive performance improvements and strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with department heads and global leadership to support HR initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles, preferably in a global or remote context. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration and influence stakeholders. Expertise in recruitment, HR compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Experience handling payroll coordination and understanding of global employment platforms. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities. Preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other remote collaboration tools. Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR / recruitment metrics. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
