About the Role

Whether you're in the heart of Brazil or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance technology sector, working on exciting projects that deliver AI-powered Autonomous Finance solutions for the Office of the CFO. You'll be part of a product engineering team building enterprise applications that power finance automation for some of the world's largest brands.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications that support finance automation processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to integrate AI, NLP, and RPA capabilities.
  • Build and enhance modules across Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record to Report.
  • Develop and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and web applications.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability using best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Continuously improve products based on performance metrics and user feedback.
What We Expect
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on application development experience (Java or Python preferred; C# a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and core web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 2+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.
  • 2+ years of experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or RPA integration is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility to align with US working hours (CDT).
Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS product development.
  • Knowledge of finance or accounting workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
