About Our Search We are currently looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Casting Coordinator, a dynamic position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Casting and Talent Management: Select and screen auditions, preparing submissions for producer review and coordination with talent agencies and managers. Identify emerging talent across social media platforms and post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions. Talent Database and Relationship Building: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date casting database with comprehensive talent profiles. Foster positive relationships with talent to ensure smooth productions and successful collaborations. Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules. Produce and direct assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
