Programmatic Leader This role is for an experienced programmatic leader to lead the way in delivering exceptional results across DSPs, video, OTT, and audio channels. Key Responsibilities Drive channel excellence through strategic leadership and partnerships with cross-functional teams. Develop and refine best practices to maximize revenue growth. Stay ahead of the curve by championing emerging technologies and AI capabilities. Mentor team members to foster a culture of programmatic excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate data-driven decision-making. Develop and execute programmatic strategies for high-value clients. Provide senior direction on evolving DSP capabilities and programmatic technologies. Requirements 7+ years managing programmatic campaigns; lead generation experience preferred. Agency experience required, with proven success supporting high-value client accounts. Strong data analysis background with proficiency in interpreting programmatic metrics.
