Atividades a serem desenvolvidas
Participar ativamente no processo de comunicação junto às áreas de negócio e técnicas, a respeito das demandas que serão desenvolvidas;
Realizar o levantamento de informações com os usuários sobre as necessidades dos sistemas;
Elaborar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais para os sistemas;
Estruturar estórias de usuário para o desenvolvimento de sistemas;
Mapear e modelar processos utilizando notação BPMN;
Documentar escopo, premissas, restrições, requisitos e regras de negócio;
Elaborar especificações funcionais e estórias de usuário;
Analisar causa raiz, forças, fraquezas, oportunidades, ameaças, impacto e GAPs;
Homologar entregas realizadas pelos desenvolvedores;
Contribuir com visão crítica para o produto, sempre com foco no usuário final;
Realizar benchmarks como suporte ao roadmap do produto;
**Requisitos**:
Ensino superior em ciência da computação, análise de sistemas, administração ou correlatos
Ter boa comunicação oral e escrita e habilidade para o trabalho em equipe;
Experiência prévia como Scrum Master, Agile Master ou Agile Coach;
Sólido entendimento da teoria e aplicação de métodos ágeis;
Conhecimento em especificação de estórias de usuário;
Vivência em ambientes e práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, em especial SCRUM;
Conhecimento em testes e homologação de sistemas;
Conhecimento de regra de negócios em algum ERP de mercado;
Conhecimento em game thinking para o meio corporativo;
Certificação PSM, PSPO, CSPO, PMI-ACP ou similares;
Experiência anterior como analista de requisitos;
Conhecimento em game thinking para o meio corporativo;
Salário e benefícios
Salário a negociar;
Horário de trabalho flexível;
R$1.500,00 na contratação para auxílio home office;
Auxílio home office mensal de R$250,00;
Vale alimentação e refeição;
Birthday off e flexibilidade para tirar suas férias;

Modelo híbrido (com encontro semanal presencial em nosso escritório localizado em Florianópolis);
