Driven by a passion for gaming innovation, we are committed to delivering immersive and unforgettable gaming experiences We are in search for a highly skilled and experienced Game QA Manager at our Sao Paulo office. As a Game QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for our computer games. This will involve managing a team of QA testers, developing test plans and strategies, conducting comprehensive bug tracking and reporting, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality games. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and designers, to identify and address any quality issues. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of QA testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support Develop and implement effective test plans, strategies, and methodologies Conduct functional, compatibility, and performance testing for computer games Identify and prioritize bugs and issues, and communicate them to the relevant teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality games Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QA processes Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes Requirements Bachelor's degree Proven experience as a QA Manager and/or Lead Experience in Game QA Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games Familiarity with computer game development processes and technologies Benefits Competitive remuneration.
