Find your future with us.Boeing Brazil, is looking for a **Security Advisor** reporting to the regional security leader working out of the **Sao Jose dos Campos** to support the establishment and operation of the new **Boeing Brazil Engineering Centre**.The main function of this position will be the managing the security and supporting activities at our San Jose Dos Campos offices so as to ensure all Boeing activities and team-mates are able to operate in a safe and secure manner whilst achieving successful business outcomes.As a part of the Boeing International Security team and supported by the Regional Security Adviser, the **Security Advisor** will assess risk, advise and deliver technical expertise to colleagues and leaders as well as working with fellow security professionals The post holder will also support the implementation of organizational policies, processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property information and a safety environment while ensuring compliance with applicable government and company security and fire regulations.**Position Responsibilities**:- Act as the primary point of contact for all local security related concerns- Coordinate with Boeing departments on security and access matters; manages security technology deployed on Boeing premises- Supports testing evacuation plans and responds to emergency calls for assistance to mitigate hazardous situations- Supports compliance and risk assessments, including identification, planning, and risk mitigation for existing, new, temporary and the decommissioning of Boeing sites- Supports the implementation of security risk management solutions across multi-disciplinary situations to enable successful and compliant business outcomes- Participates in routine internal and external investigative tasks- Supports the implementation of executive protection support services and International travel security policies and processes to include the provision of high risk travel requirements- Participates in deploying safety and security plans for high profile events, e.g., International air shows, flight tests and customer events- Supports the coordination of Export Control at both host nation and local level- Helps and advises on the development of security processes, products and plans to meet business development requirements**Employer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- Bachelor´s degree in related fields- Experience in a security advisor role- Knowledge of security practices and principles associated with risk analysis and assessment- Experience working to deliver to corporate or government security standards- Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time- Advanced/Proficient/Fluent in both written and verbal English- Must be legally able to work in Brazil**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- Proficiency in Spanish language- Experience in security technology management, security training, fiscal management and people and asset protection**Relocation**:**Equal Opportunity Employer**:Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
