Sales Manager - Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and objectives. 2. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective sales goals. 3. Sales Forecasting : Analyze market trends and data to forecast sales projections and plan resource allocation accordingly. 4. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Sales Performance Analysis : Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. 6. Sales Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. Requirements Education : Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in sales, with previous experience in a leadership or management role. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication : Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise effective solutions.
