Sales Development Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients. Identify and research potential clients in the Spanish and European markets. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales pipeline activity. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields. Native or fluent in Spanish, with strong proficiency in English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working remotely. A keen interest in digital advertising, programmatic media, or marketing technology. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive monthly allowance to cover basic expenses. Performance-based bonuses for successful client engagements and deals. Eligible for relocation and visa sponsorship upon completion. 20 working days paid leave per year (pro-rated) + local public holidays. Remote work with reasonable overlap hours; occasional travel budget if needed. Additional Information: We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
