As part of our team, you'll find exciting challenges, get opportunities to grow your career, and develop solid friendships as we design what's next for ADP and the industry.**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:- You will be experienced with gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing an engineering scrum team through product releases.- Develop and be responsible for your scrum ceremonies backlogs, plan releases, and conduct ongoing grooming with your team.- You will know how to synthesize and integrate usability studies, user research, competitive landscape analysis, and market analysis on an ongoing basis to ensure our features satisfy customer needs while maintaining a cohesive user experience across the platform.- Develop, track, and communicate metrics to measure success.- Drive requirements gathering and validation by collaborating with internal stakeholders and driving product research.- You'll partner with your UX team in collecting and leveraging UX research- You will define and manage the development backlog in alignment with the long term roadmap- You will be data driven and always looking for the insights in Metrics, collaborating with marketing, sales, and service etc. to ensure successful releases and campaigns.- You will engage with sales on client demos and support issues.- You are proficent in English to support the Ventures team and US clients.**YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN**:- **Deliver at epic scale.** We deliver real user outcomes using strong judgment and good instincts.
