Local: Porto Alegre Responsabilidades Desenvolver soluções para aprimorar a automação e a eficiência interna na Azion; Colaborar com engenheiros, cientistas de dados e gerentes de produto para integrar tecnologias de IA aos produtos e serviços, otimizando também processos internos; Validar, avaliar e monitorar o comportamento de projetos de IA para garantir conformidade e melhorar o desempenho; Participar de revisões de código, assegurando as melhores práticas em desenvolvimento de software e implementação de modelos de IA conforme os padrões da Azion; Experimentar técnicas avançadas de IA para avaliar sua eficácia nos projetos; Realizar fine-tuning de modelos abertos de IA para adaptá-los aos desafios da empresa; Criar e coletar conjuntos de dados para treinamento de modelos. Qualificações Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas; Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos de Machine Learning / IA Generativa; Experiência na construção de aplicações com IA; Conhecimento profundo em frameworks e ferramentas de machine learning e deep learning (ex.: Scikit‑Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Notebooks); Experiência em fine‑tuning de Large Language Models (LLMs); Proficiência em Python, com forte domínio de bibliotecas voltadas a IA/ML; Experiência com prompt engineering e otimização de contexto; Conhecimento em Processamento de Linguagem Natural (NLP); Experiência com APIs de modelos de linguagem, como OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Qwen, entre outras; Experiência em coleta e criação de datasets; Experiência em validação de modelos; Inglês intermediário.
