About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Integrity & Product Manager to join our team. This strategic role is crucial for ensuring the continuous regulatory compliance and integrity of our platform and products within the dynamic Brazilian market. You will be instrumental in bridging product development with legal and compliance requirements, driving both innovation and adherence to local regulations. Key Responsibilities Product & Regulatory Backlog Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the product backlog and regulatory requirements specific to Brazil, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal mandates. Regulatory Compliance & Oversight: Ensure the platform and all games/features maintain full regulatory compliance, staying abreast of legislative changes from the Brazilian Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) and other authorities. This involves adaptability to evolving regulations. Integration & Certification Leadership: Lead the integration of new games and features, coordinating testing and certification processes with external laboratories. This requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage cross‑functional deliverables. Critical System Monitoring: Oversee the continuous monitoring of essential systems (e.g., GeoIP, KYC, Payments, Prudential Limits) to ensure both performance and adherence to Brazilian legislation. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as a key liaison, fostering clear and assertive communication and collaboration with internal teams (Business, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations) and external stakeholders (SPA, verification providers). This includes effective stakeholder management and problem‑solving to navigate complex issues. Project & Process Enhancement: Lead strategic projects for platform and game recertification, and drive continuous improvements in KYC, GeoIP, user journey, and overall regulatory compliance. Identify and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and product performance. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required regulatory reports, such as SIGAP, to the SPA. Required Qualifications Education & Experience Proven experience in product management, regulatory compliance, or platform integrity, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects. Fluency in English (mandatory), both written and verbal, due to collaboration with international teams and stakeholders. Technical Skills (Must Have) Proven experience with Product Discovery & Delivery methodologies. Expertise in Stakeholder Management. Proficiency in product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira). Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with common communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Telegram, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, email). Familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) systems. Technical Skills (Nice to Have – iGaming Specific) Solid understanding and experience with game and platform certification processes according to Brazilian regulatory standards. Knowledge & Certifications Experience with Brazilian regulatory compliance processes, including SPA requirements and SIGAP submissions. Certifications in product or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe). Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian and international digital platform and gaming regulations.
