ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position and is an ongoing contract (PJ). Core Responsibilities Development and configuration Build and configure custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform. This includes using features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. Requirements and design Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integration Develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and third-party tools using technologies like SOAP and REST web services. Maintenance and support Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage platform upgrades and patches. Testing and quality assurance Create test cases and perform quality checks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of new applications. Required Skills and Qualifications Platform knowledge Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Methodologies Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for gathering requirements and collaborating with team members. Education A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science or information technology is generally required. ServiceNow Professional System Administrator certification or higher. Experience 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer with documented work experience.
