Project description

Our Client is one of largest TV providers in North America and we are searching for a Senior Software Developer to join our team. The project focuses on developing mobile application for video streaming platform.


Responsibilities

You will be implementing new features and enhancing existing functionalities on client applications to support streaming video products. This includes estimation, design, development, testing, and documentation.

Collaborate with other software engineers, product managers, and architects in a cross functional environment to ensure functions and performance meet customer requirements in a cost effective and maintainable way.

Provide on-call support including monitoring, triaging and resolving production issues


Skills

  • Must have
  • Experience with agile development
  • Experience with a CICD development environment
  • Good verbal/written communications skills
  • Strong teamwork focus and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams
  • Skilled at React Native mobile app development (at least 5 years of React Native experience) as well as at least one of the following: Java/Kotlin or Obj-C/Swift
  • Strong expertise in C++ OR Java


Nice to have

Streaming mobile app development experience with iOS/Android and TV Platforms is a plus.
