Cloud Software Development Lead We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. Manage the entire SDLC, from project planning to deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools. Key responsibilities include managing offshore teams, supporting existing Salesforce applications, providing technical guidance to junior developers, collaborating with business stakeholders, estimating effort and timelines, planning and creating sprints, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and issues impacting delivery. Qualifications Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools. Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs. To succeed in this role, you must have: A deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices. Excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
