Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and liaison for owners and principal partner entities regarding contracts, design, and procedures
  • Develop project-specific procedures and documentation while consulting with owners on design and construction contracts
  • Ensure compliance of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications with project requirements
  • Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities, including project closeout
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of construction management staff, contractors, and related entities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Knowledge of project development, construction estimating, cost, and project controls/scheduling
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document control systems
  • Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the justice market or equivalent
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer or licensed architect in California
