What kind of professional are we looking for?
We\'re looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You\'ll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

- Support recruitment processes and talent hunting activities
- Communicate with clients and team members to understand hiring needs
- Assist in administrative HR tasks and people operations activities
- Maintain detailed records and ensure clarity in communications
Must-haves :
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Living in Florianópolis – SC
- Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves :
- Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
- Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
- International experience
- Undergraduate degree
Soft Skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
Contract type and compensation- As Contractor (PJ), you will have competitive compensation
- R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
