What You'll Do:- Define and develop key strategic, high-value, and high-risk projects from conceptual ideas to detailed design, procurement, and construction execution.
- Focus on developing and implementing Best-In-Class operations within the organization.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, process, chemical, civil/structural, or electrical engineering, or related field
- 20+ years of experience leading global teams in an engineering or project management function
- 4+ yrs of overseas assignment experience leading project and engineering teams preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in managing an engineering and design team of at least 20 or more
- 8+ years’ experience performing engineering-related design or management within the industrial market
- Demonstrated track record of leading $150M+ international manufacturing projects
- Experience with multiple project execution methods such as Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, EPC, EPCm
- Experience leading greenfield projects
