Job Overview

Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs to ensure all work complies with SOPs, policies, and practices.

Essential Functions

1. Create, track, and report on project timelines.
2. Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
3. Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for team members and senior management.
4. Prepare and present project information at meetings.
5. Handle sub-projects or specific components of projects or programs.
6. Participate in proposal development and sales presentations.
7. Coordinate with internal and external project resources.
8. Contribute to project proposals and RFPs.
9. Ensure work compliance with processes, policies, and timelines.
10. Serve as backup contact for Project Managers.
11. Identify and negotiate out-of-scope work.
12. Handle financial reporting, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
13. Meet regularly with team members to ensure milestones are met.
14. Collaborate with other Project Managers to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Languages: Japanese and English (advanced) required.
• Equivalent education, training, and experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver results within quality and timeline metrics.
• Teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
