This role is ideal for a professional who excels at both conceptualizing bold, disruptive ideas and executing them through compelling written content for business audiences. This is a 100% B2B position , focused on crafting impactful messaging that resonates with corporate clients, industry partners, and business decision-makers. The Copy & Content Creator will develop sophisticated content strategies that communicate our sustainable technology solutions to businesses, while managing our professional presence across relevant B2B platforms. Responsibilities Develop strategic, engaging B2B content tailored for professional platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and corporate communications channels Generate original copy aligned with the brand’s tone and identity that speaks directly to business clients and partners Craft compelling case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content that demonstrates our value proposition to business audiences Collaborate with the creative team to bring B2B campaigns and corporate messaging to life Manage a consistent and strategic content calendar focused on business client engagement and industry presence Monitor content performance in the B2B space and leverage analytics to optimize business communication strategies Assist with special B2B marketing projects as assigned Job Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B advertising, corporate communications, or business-focused content creation Strong writing, editing, and business storytelling skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with experience in business communication Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in fast-paced business environments Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B content strategy and business audience engagement Familiarity with B2B social media analytics tools and professional platforms Understanding of sustainable technology sector and environmental business solutions Experience creating content for industry events, trade shows, and business partnerships Basic design or visual content creation skills for business presentations are a plus Management Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in professional settings Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for managing complex B2B projects Self-starter with ability to drive business-focused initiatives Excellent judgment and decision-making in corporate communications contexts Critical thinking and strategic approach to business messaging Advanced problem solving for complex B2B communication challenges Okeanos Group, LLC, its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
