Análise de Dados e Melhoria Contínua:
  • Realizar análises de dados para avaliar o desempenho das vendas, identificar tendências e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Propor e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua para aumentar a eficiência operacional e a performance da equipe.
Planejamento Comercial:
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de planejamento comercial para maximizar a eficácia da equipe comercial.
  • Colaborar estreitamente com líderes de vendas para entender metas e objetivos, traduzindo-os em planos operacionais tangíveis.
  • Participar ativamente no desenvolvimento de previsões de vendas, análises de pipeline e definição de metas alcançáveis.
Operações de Vendas:
  • Gerenciar e aprimorar processos operacionais relacionados a vendas, garantindo eficiência e alinhamento com as estratégias comerciais.
  • Implementar e manter sistemas e ferramentas de vendas para otimizar o fluxo de trabalho e a produtividade da equipe.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Power BI e SQL para análises avançadas de dados.
Relatórios Executivos:
  • Produzir relatórios executivos detalhados para C-level, apresentando análises estratégicas e métricas-chave.
  • Comunicar insights de maneira clara e concisa para apoiar a tomada de decisões em nível executivo.
Requisitos:
  • Formação Superior Completo: Administração, Economia, Marketing ou área relacionada.
  • Certificações relevantes em Sales Ops ou Melhoria Contínua são desejáveis.
  • Experiência comprovada em funções de Sales Ops, Planejamento Comercial ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas, com capacidade de interpretar dados complexos.
  • Experiência prática em implementação e otimização de sistemas CRM.
  • Familiaridade com metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean ou Six Sigma.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com equipes multifuncionais.
  • Conhecimentos avançados em Power BI e SQL.
