Estamos montando o time comercial base que vai escalar nossa operação com marcas, criadores e anunciantes dentro do app. Responsabilidades Prospecção ativa de leads qualificados (empresas, marcas e anunciantes). Pesquisa e mapeamento de mercado por nicho e região, utilizando dados de geolocalização e segmentos do app. Abordagem inicial de leads via WhatsApp, e-mail e CRM, seguindo scripts e cadências predefinidas. Qualificação de leads com base em fit comercial e potencial de investimento. Agendamento de reuniões para os Executivos de Vendas. Registro e acompanhamento de interações no CRM proprietário do app. Análise de métricas de conversão, engajamento e geração de oportunidades. Colaboração constante com os times de marketing, produto e mídia para otimizar o funil. Requisitos Experiência prévia como SDR, pré-vendedor ou Inside Sales (mínimo 1 ano). Habilidade em comunicação e copy persuasiva. Conhecimento em CRM e automações (experiência com Meets ou similares é um diferencial). Domínio em pesquisa de mercado e redes sociais (Instagram, LinkedIn e WhatsApp Business). Perfil analítico, orientado a métricas e metas. Organização e disciplina no registro de atividades. Energia, proatividade e raciocínio estratégico. Diferenciais Vivência com vendas B2B ou publicidade (mídia, apps, agências, influenciadores). Entendimento do ecossistema de marketing de influência, streaming e plataformas digitais. Noções de CRM Conecta / Meets. Capacidade de lidar com grandes volumes de leads e cadências automatizadas.
