Our dedication to maintaining up-to-date financial records and transactions ensures the precise and efficient management of cash flow for our clients.**Overview**:**Responsibilities**:**Financial Management and Reporting**:- Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.**Budgeting and Forecasting**:- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.**Compliance and Internal Controls**:- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.- Coordinate and manage external audits and tax preparations.**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as a Controller, ideally with a focus on working with U.S. clients.- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required.- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.**Benefits**:- 100% remote work- USD salary- Growth opportunities- Flexible schedule- PTO policy (28 available days per year)- Sick days- Maternity/paternity leave
