Support the global HMH organization in relevant HSSE related issues with special responsibility for application of legal trainings, safety inductions, monitor legal requirements and technical support to management on HSSE topics.

• Facilitate and support activities related to HSSE strategy
• Analyze HSSE trends
• Monitor HSSE Incidents and report status to management
• Support HMH global line management in regulations and practical HSSE matters within own area of responsibility
• Perform internal/external HSSE audits
• Perform mandatory internal HSSE related training
• Launch relevant HSSE information on Brazil government system “e-Social”
• Perform HSSE induction for new employees
• Verify compliance of suppliers’ documentation
• Support on Emergency Response (Fire Brigade team member)
• Supervise supplier responsible for fire equipment maintenance
• Maintain a professional network across HMH organization
• Take personal responsibility for HSSE
• Adhere to HMH’s vision, values, strategies, policies, standards, and procedures

• High level trainings and HSSE induction
• Facilitate Risk Assessments
• Facilitate and follow-up of incident investigations
• Support global organization in HSSE related issues
• Internal and external audits
• Compliance of Green Legis’ requirements
• Weekly report of HSSE general data

• Technical degree on “Safety Technician” course
• Formal registration on the MTE “Ministry of Labor and Employment”
• Broad knowledge of the NRs and other safety regulations in Brazil
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from the offshore industry
• Intermediate spoken English
• Great communication and presentation skills
