Collaborate with HR stakeholders to minimize manual work, streamline approvals, and improve process accuracy. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor AI-driven workflows to boost response times and reduce operational bottlenecks. Design and maintain AI-powered chatbots to handle routine HR inquiries, FAQs, and employee self-service needs. Analyse chatbot performance to improve accuracy, tone, and efficiency using feedback loops and analytics.
