Applications Product Manager - Order to Cash and Physical Logistics | Mars Global Services | hybrid | Guararema

The Applications Product Manager manages the team that provides functional and technical expertise in the Order to Cash and Physical Logistics area, responsible for the design, development, deployment, further evolution, and support of Global Applications products to business users. This includes ITIL Service Delivery processes, delivering continuous improvement, deployment project roles, and service introduction project roles.

This role will be part of the Global Business Delivery Services team based in different locations across the globe.

What are we looking for?
  • Leadership of Products and Services with global responsibilities around design, development, further evolution, and support with a global geographical scope.
  • Coordination and communication with multiple IT internal teams, both within the same Division and in other Mars Divisions.
  • Interaction and communication with Business users, especially regarding Core Product and Services request deliveries in the Order to Cash and Physical Logistics area.
  • Management of 3rd party partners.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Service and Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs, availability, performance, etc.), in an Agile and DevOps model.
  • Overall accountability for Order to Cash and Physical Logistics Product Management, including lifecycle management for services and products.
  • Acting as an escalation point for any business demands, working with the team and Business stakeholders to address and engage all resources needed to resolve these demands.
  • Budget management for all product areas and functions.
  • Line management of the team, including coaching and development, ensuring resource knowledge on Mars business processes and development/project techniques and methodologies.
