Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Sr Data Scientist para el equipo de Global Incentives Service (GIS) , un centro de excelencia que busca revolucionar la interacción con nuestros usuarios, partners y riders mediante incentivos inteligentes, personalizados y eficientes.

Requisitos
  • +2 años de experiencia en roles de Data Science, aplicando modelos de ML para resolver problemas de negocio.
  • Sólida formación académica en carreras cuantitativas como Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Economía, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Experiencia práctica y dominio de Python y librerías de Data Science (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Excelente manejo de SQL para manipulación de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Sólidos fundamentos en estadística, probabilidad y algoritmos de ML (regresión, clasificación, clustering, boosting).
  • Experiencia en modelos en producción.
  • Habilidad para comunicar ideas complejas de forma clara a diferentes audiencias.
  • Inglés avanzado, para comunicación con equipos globales.
  • Actitud proactiva, curiosa y orientada a resolver problemas.
Información adicional
  • Maestría o Doctorado en campo cuantitativo.
  • Experiencia en modelos de uplift o inferencia causal.
  • Experiencia con plataformas en la nube, preferentemente GCP.
  • Experiencia en eCommerce, pricing, promociones o CRM.
  • Conocimiento en procesamiento de Big Data (ej. Spark).
