What You'll Do
  • Develop, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing equipment across global production sites.
  • Provide technical leadership, hands-on project support, and strategic guidance to ensure robust, scalable, and cost-effective production technologies.
  • Drive best-in-class process standards and promote knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Design mechanical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders in Brazil and Denmark.
  • Prepare equipment specifications and review supplier designs.
  • Lead factory improvement initiatives and automation implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with technical regulations and HSE standards.
  • Support installation and commissioning, and independently manage small-scale projects.
  • Foster a customer-focused mindset when supporting internal production teams.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or R&D.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment and process support.
  • Proven ability to get mechanical designs right the first time.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Nice-to-haves
  • M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
  • Experience with CAD tools and documentation systems.
  • Root cause analysis and project management experience.
  • Understanding of HSE standards and global operations.
  • Danish proficiency is a plus.

O Que Você Vai Fazer
  • Desenvolver, otimizar e aprimorar continuamente equipamentos de manufatura em unidades de produção globais.
  • Oferecer liderança técnica, suporte prático e visão estratégica para garantir tecnologias de produção robustas, escaláveis e economicamente viáveis.
  • Promover padrões de excelência em engenharia de processos e fomentar o compartilhamento de conhecimento entre times globais.
  • Criar soluções mecânicas em parceria com stakeholders no Brasil e na Dinamarca.
  • Especificar tecnicamente equipamentos e revisar projetos de fornecedores.
  • Liderar melhorias fabris, implementações e soluções de automação.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulatórias e padrões de HSE.
  • Apoiar instalações e comissionamentos, além de gerenciar projetos de menor porte com autonomia.
  • Atuar com mentalidade voltada ao cliente no suporte aos stakeholders internos.
Requisitos Essenciais
  • Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Industrial ou Produção (ou equivalente).
  • +5 anos de experiência em manufatura de alta tecnologia ou P&D.
  • Experiência prática com implementação em ambientes fabris.
  • Conhecimento sólido de equipamentos e processos de produção.
  • Capacidade comprovada de entregar projetos mecânicos corretos desde a primeira vez.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação em português e inglês.
  • Proficiência em Excel e Word.
Diferenciais Que Te Destacam
  • Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica ou equivalente.
  • Certificação em Six Sigma ou Lean Manufacturing.
  • Vivência com CAD, documentação técnica e análise de causa raiz.
  • Conhecimento em HSE e atuação com operações globais.
  • Proficiência em dinamarquês será um diferencial.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos.
