Job Overview Practia is a leading business and technology company in Latin America, specializing in automation and digital transformation projects. We are seeking a senior RPA developer to support our strategic project alongside a team of analysts and developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing functional documentation, defining development complexity, providing support for solution design and architecture, developing automation, and supporting testing phases. They will also be trained in our exclusive development framework and Hyperautomation methodology, SmartBPA. As a key contributor to the Intelligent Automation Program, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes while ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and secure automation solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and sustain end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360. Build and maintain reusable bot components. Integrate GenAI/ML, IDP, and APIs into automation workflows for enhanced functionality. Requirements: Hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript. Experience in design, develop, and debug complex automation workflows and implement robust error-handling mechanisms. Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud platforms services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of Automation Anywhere IA Agents, IA Studio, Enterprise Knowledge, and Document Automation products.
