**Job Description Summary**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Act as GE Celma focal point for 3rd-party repair demand (including: component repair and accessories)
- Interface with customers in order to provide shipment guidance and ensure process compliance (door to door)
- Coordinate 3rd-party repair production scheduling; in a manner to support contract/agreed TAT & OTD levels
- Production data analysis thru ERP system, based on production outcomes and current performance (actual and trends)
- Metrics generation and maintenance of operating dashboards (On-time delivery and Turn around times, Std time, Repair Yield,..)
- Identify production constraints and performance loss based on metrics analysis; in a manner to support leadership decision
- Extended support to GEnx Component Repair production scheduling and interface with GEnx Disassembly & Assembly lines
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- University / College Degree (completed or in-process)
- Intermediate English knowledge (write and speak)
- MS Office intermediate knowledge - preferred Excel (macros)
- Familiarized and initial experience on Spotfire App
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge on SAP
- Previous experience with Lean tools and events
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal relationship; acting as a Team player
- Strong communication skills, within different level in the company
