Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – BI (Sênior) – a role that blends business acumen with data‑driven insights, designed to propel both your career and our projects forward. Job Summary The professional will act as a liaison between the business team and developers, translating needs into technical requirements and monitoring sprint development (Scrum). Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure alignment between development progress and business expectations. Document functional and non‑functional requirements and maintain traceability. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to build and enhance BI solutions. Technical Requirements Senior level Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer experience. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL. Experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks. Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology. Basic programming logic and development background. Experience in IT project management. Excellent communication and requirement interpretation skills.
