Digital Content Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator for our blog, "A Dica do Dia". As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and valuable content, optimizing it for search engines, and ensuring its strategic dissemination. You will also be responsible for creating and leading our new free course. This position requires a blend of content creation skills, analytical mindset, knowledge of AI platforms, and experience with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities of our Online Content Coordinator
  1. Free Content Knowledge:
    • Transform our current contents into a free online course that brings in new leads.
    • Usage of AI to integrate our content creation and course development. It is a must to know how to deal with different types of AI and knowledge of creating prompts to make the whole job faster and easier.
    • Implement an incentive system for our free and paid courses, coordinated with our CRM.
    • Knowledge of monetizing free content, transforming free students into customers.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality and relevant content for the blog, "A Dica do Dia," aligning with our target audience and business goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content.
  3. SEO Strategy:
    • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Ads Keyword Search, SemRush, and other SEO analytics platforms.
    • Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines.
    • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies accordingly.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Utilize KPIs and analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in content strategy.
    • Generate reports and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  5. Keyword Planning:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute keyword strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Regularly review and update keyword lists based on industry trends and user behavior.
  6. Technical Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate expertise in using digital marketing tools, including SemRush for keyword research and analysis.
    • Proficient in WordPress for content management, Elementor for page design, and Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
Must-Have (English is one of them)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Native in English or Portuguese language (it's a must to be fluent in both, which will be tested).
  • Proven experience in digital content creation and coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads Keyword Search, SemRush, WordPress, Elementor, and Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of AI usage.
  • Creation of scheduling email chains or continuous sending via CRM / courses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the Brazilian culture and language
