Identify regional demand, collaborate with product teams to productize, and implement solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, solve problems, generate value. Support product team in life-cycle management.**Reports to**:Regional Head of D&A - AME**Reporting Level**:Management**Geographic Scope**:Latam South**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Own data & analytics initiatives for assigned markets, serving as primary contact.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders & D&A team, ensuring trust and quality service.- Lead product deployment, supporting UAT & tracking progress, adhering to requirements.- Consolidate & classify demands, manage demand process.- Gather requirements, develop business docs for approved demands.- Engage global stakeholders, translate business problems into D&A solutions.- Drive adoption of D&A solutions, define usage KPIs, provide feedback for product lifecycle.- Act as change agent, deliver superior solutions for competitive advantage.- Follow processes efficiently, embrace continuous improvement mindset.- Promote D&A culture, strive for a strong D&A brand within the company- Coach junior team members to ramp-up effectively.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Can you effectively navigate an ambiguous and dynamic environment, collaborating with a diverse global cross-functional team and fostering partnerships diplomatically?- Are you passionate about driving innovation and actively sharing knowledge within a collaborative work environment?- Do you possess a strong background in Business Analytics, with expertise in specific tools or methodologies?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science/ Statistics / Economics / Analytics / Management.- Experience in Business Analytics, especially in Consumer and Trade data, will be a plus.- Experience in managing and engaging global stakeholders independently.- Hands on experience in data & analytics, experience in CPG companies is preferred.- Experience in project management with good understanding of agile project management principles- Availability to work in the office in Rio de Janeiro three times a week.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
