Employer Industry: Business Management and Technology Consulting for Federal Government Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $125,000 based on experience and education Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings 401K plan with 3% employer contributions Paid Time Off and life insurance coverage Opportunities for training and professional development Commitment to equal opportunity and a supportive work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage pre- and post-award contract actions in support of contracting officers Handle various duties related to federal contracting and procurement Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations Communicate effectively through excellent written and oral communication skills Maintain necessary security clearance, including obtaining or retaining a Public Trust clearance What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal contracting and procurement Bachelor's degree and possession of FAC-C II or DAWIA certification or equivalent In-depth knowledge of federal contracting processes Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ability to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience as a federal government employee, member of the U.S. military, or contractor supporting a federal agency Familiarity with various federal regulations and compliance requirements We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
