In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and providing prompt and accurate solutions. You'll handle a variety of customer service tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with policy-related matters.

Responsibilities
- You will be expected to educate and advise clients on the policies that are best suited to their personal needs.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, you will help clients round out their accounts and maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- With your keen attention to detail, you will update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
- An Active PA Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing assistance is available.
- 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically.
