**Your role**
- Do you have an eye for details? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?
We're looking for an apprentice to:
- responsible for assisting and providing legal support to our attorneys and paralegals, ensuring all legal documents and processes are meticulously handled.
- assist paralegal and attorneys in sending documents and information requested by judicial or administrative bodies;
- perform the archiving and control of physical and digital documents;
- assist in the fulfillment and draft of responses to court orders received;
- assist paralegal and attorneys in review of contracts and other documents;
- collaborate with other administrative activities in the legal department;
**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Americas LES BRL team in São Paulo focusing on Judicial Orders. As apprentice, you'll play an important role in providing support to legal department.
**Your expertise**
- availability to work 30h per week on site (São Paulo/SP)
- ideally basic/intermediate English skills
- knowledge in Microsoft tools
