Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $92,000 annually with an annual incentive target of 6% of base pay Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunity for career advancement and professional growth within a global community Work in a diverse and inclusive environment that values individual contributions High level of customer satisfaction and support in a collaborative team setting What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide implementation services, Train-the-Trainer education, and troubleshooting on medical technology instrumentation and data management applications Act as project coordinator for installations, performing system implementations and software upgrades with minimal assistance Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding at-risk customers Assist in training other Technical Applications Specialists and support product demos and technical presentations Organize and participate in field-based customer education events while adhering to government regulations and company safety guidelines What is Required (Qualifications): Ability to travel within and outside the region more than 90% of the time, including overnight travel Valid driver's license and a good driving record BA/BS preferably in Medical Technology with thorough technical knowledge of medical technology Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience; prior field experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer problems and support sales efforts How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Strong presentation and selling skills Ability to prioritize critical customers and handle crisis situations effectively Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Alignment with corporate Vision, Values, and Beliefs Hashtags : #MedicalTechnology #CustomerSupport #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #HealthcareInnovation "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
