Drive Employee Engagement and Development as a Strategic Partner. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes. Support employees with various needs and serve as a point of reference for HR-related matters. Lead Employee Engagement actions to identify areas for improvement and recommend policy changes. Coordinate performance review follow-ups, goal-setting conversations, and normalization discussions. Assist in identifying talent and high-potential employees and ensure alignment with business units. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to capture training needs and provide feedback on programs delivered. Present company history, values, and policies to new hires and monitor their integration. Review salary proposals based on internal benchmarks and candidate expectations. Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and prepare analytical reports for the business unit. Required Skills: Fluent English communication. Previous experience in HR Business Partnerships or related areas. Knowledge of compensation, benefits, training, and performance management. Ability to work consultatively and strategically with leadership teams.
