You will be responsible for driving a product mindset and ensuring product-oriented delivery for the Mondelēz Supply Chain (MSC) and Procurement functions. Your work will span end-to-end delivery, cost-to-serve optimization, and leveraging generative AI capabilities to create impactful, scalable solutions. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to align the product vision with business priorities and enable data-driven decision-making that supports Mondelēz's mission to lead the future of snacking. Proficiency in data platforms (GCP, AWS), big data solutions (BigQuery, Databricks), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like Vertex AI, Databricks MLflow, AutoML integrating AI models into business applications.**Communication:** Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively. **Leadership:** Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed organizational structure. **Analytical Thinking:** Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business outcomes. 8+ years of experience in data and analytics roles within the CPG industry, with a strong focus on supply chain and Procurement functions.
