This professional will oversee the implementation of quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of professionals.
About This Role- We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our organization.
- Lead the development of a robust Quality Management System ensuring strong compliance culture and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality systems, audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards in Brazil and international markets.
- Support inspections and audits from regulatory agencies and external partners.
- Drive process validation, system qualifications, and change control management.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries.
- At least 8 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
- Solid knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards.
- Advanced English proficiency.
