Our team in Brazil is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Material Coordinator to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Paulo. About the Role Coordinate activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment. Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies. Supervise the warehouse team, promoting training and operational best practices. Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy. Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule. Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply. Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse. Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators. About You Minimum technical degree in Logistics or related fields. Solid experience in warehouse management, preferably in construction or industrial environments (minimum 10 years). Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics control tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with safety standards and material handling regulations. Note on the Nature of the Contract This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
